1. Supplements and Multivitamins
1.1 Returns
We understand that not every supplement or multivitamin may suit your individual needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened and unused item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for health and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for supplements or multivitamins, please contact our customer service team at anabolicskart@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
2. Clothing and Accessories
2.1 Returns
We want you to love your clothing and accessories. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for clothing or accessories, please contact our customer service team at anabolicskart@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item in the clothing or accessories category, we will be happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. In the case of an exchange for a defective or damaged clothing or accessories item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at anabolicskart@gmail.com.
